    My new top and bottom quilts have a slight but distinct poultry smell. It is only noticeable in still air when it is humid. I have not noticed this with any other down items such as jackets, ever. Since the quilts are made with higher quality down, but the hydrophobic down, I wonder if it might be the hydrophobic treatment off gassing?
