    Another BIAS(ed?) review

dejoha, also known as author Derek Hansen (whose book "The Ultimate Hang" I purchased and read before we sent him a hammock and that I would encourage any hammocker to read) did a review of the Weight Weenie Micro. Derek got the 52 inch model with a knotty mod. He's had it a good long time and has put it through its paces.

Here's that review. It means a lot to us mostly because Derek is an ultralighter and that makes him the kind of hiker we had in mind when we designed the WWM.

Sorry about those loose threads, Derek. Since then, we've started putting an extra vertical stitch to cover the three horizontal channel stitches.

One question... I thought the micro was made out of 1.0 nylon, the article said 1.1 nylon... Although I may be wrong...

    I love my micro

There's some disagreement there. I weighed it out and my calculations come up with 1.0. Others call it 1.1. Not sure. It's pretty academic. I also misidentified the pattern as marpat camo instead of ACU camo. Apologies in advance to our military personnel who know the difference and who probably are proud of their branch's pattern -- and who recognized my ignorance.

Thanks for the great review...I believe that mine will be on the way shortly and should be on the Northville Placid Trail at the end of the month.
