    .....There's a Valentine's Day?

In all seriousness, I'm like most men, it's overrated, especially since he does things for me all year, so we don't feel obligated to make a day out of it. I tried to get him to go this weekend....

A roof wouldn't hurt.... Thanks, Finn!!

LoL well atleast Thorwren and my girls see it our way. She told me to go hiking rather than come home this weekend shes working and the baby is with her mom. So I'm not going to argue. Question now is where to go since its supposed to rain here tommorow night and saturday am. My Golite Rain jacket hasn't come in yet. May hike the Guest River Gorge. Camp at the end then hike back. Easy Railroad grade with some cool bridges sounds good. Unless another person not kidnapped by their significant other this weekend wants to get some miles in.

No worries Adam. We got ourselves a couple keepers. Projects I have plenty of, motivation to sit in the library at the college this weekend I don't.

Thanks for bringing that up, Darby. It's a great idea.

We're actually trying to see if we can work that out by taking turns watching the kids... I can't stand not being able to try our my new rod and reel I got for Christmas... Though maybe I could fish all day one day, and he could hike or hang the other. The weather might not cooperate with the two youngest, who have bronchiolitis since Thanksgiving. If it can hit 40 without pouring down rain, we'll make an impromptu weekend of it!

Thorwren what weight rod do you use? I've got a 2 and 3 weight G Loomis and then a 10weight for Big Species Salt Water.

I have a 5/6 9' Redington. That's all I have for now. I borrowed my dad's until he got me that one. Stormcrow's hammock hobby is taking away my fishing budget. Sigh.
