    Bridge Hammock revelations?

I'm looking at building a bridge and was wondering if there were any new breakthroughs since the Grizz Bridge and his excellent video series? Thanks for any input and I'll post pics when I'm done .

Yeah I seen that they are now utilizing the Triangle part of the suspension to mount the foot and head end of the hammock from. Thus shortening the overall length of the hammock and allowing for wider range of tree selection. Forget who made some videos on this. Im sure someone will link them.

some pictures in this thread. Also in some of my vids from last year. XTrekker has it right, one advantage is shortening the hammock. The other advantage is bringing the spreader bar closer to the shoulders, getting a flatter lay for the same length of spreader bar.

My latest bridge is along the lines of the one that Grizz cites.

Another advantage of the inboard spreader bars is that it seems to better support my knees a bit. When I'm on my back, I can see the cord (I used cord instead of webbing between the bars) bump up a bit, modifying the arc. I think it is because the weight of the feet is at the point of greatest support (directly under the bars), if that makes sense.
