    new hanger from GA!!!!!!!!

Im a newB and im digging my eno set up for now!! I'm looking for a stuff sack for all my eno gear which includes: Double Hammock, straps, bug net, fly tarp Hotspot and under sling. Should I just buy a back pack to put this all in plus i can use the back pack for all my gear i want to camp with? I was thinking about the a teton explorer 4000 or the hiker 3700. I mainly have gone camping with the family so the back pack would be for all my cloths and other camping needs! Thanks for all your help!!!!!!!!

I use a 60L pack, works good year round. Big enough for winter, summer I can take the floating lid off.

I'd get a bag for hammock and suspension. probably store my bugnet in a separate one and tarp in separate one. I separate them in the order I need them setting up and pack them accordingly.

Those 3-pack dry-sacks from Wal-Mart are perfect stuff sacks, and cheap. Mine are still going strong, 2 years later. Think I paid 15.00 for 3, small-medium-large sacks and the medium can easily fit a sleeping bag liner.

    Hope this helped.

    Welcome to the fray

I started in this a year ago in an ENO DN as well. Currently I do more kayak/camping so a pack hasn’t been a big priority, but I would like to start hitting the trails too. Because I am still building and gathering gear, I have held off on a pack as of yet. Very early on I was told to get everything together, and then by a pack. Thankfully I have held strong and fought the urge. If I hadn’t I would have had spent money on a pack (or two) that would sit in the closet.

    Good Luck on your adventures!

    Welcome!!!

Consider getting separate stuff sacks. You prolly don't want stuff getting tangled up in your pack, when you get one. Plus, besides keeping them protected (from ground stakes, rubbing wear, dirt, holes, etc) they will help keep the PB&J sandwich materials, and banana bits, out of your hair at night.... lol

Anywho, thatz how i doze it.

I really like the Walmart dry sacks too. Great for all kinds of things.
