Put a lot of thought into where your dog sleeps!!!

My black lab Gus sleeps right next to me or under me. I will usually take a small pad for him to curl up on if its cold but to be honest he hardly uses it.

Yep, same as Mountnman. My dog, ben, sleeps on the ground right beside me on a pad of evolite on my tyvek welcome mat that I keep my boots on. He carries the evolite pad. I have covered him up with a down vest if it is cold enough to justify him carrying it. He gives me a little warmth and I give him some heat as well. My UQ just touches him barely. I usually keep him leashed but he doesn't move much. The leash gets hooked on my hammock suspension.
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.

Max sleeps under the hammock usually. If its gonna be below 25 I bring a flee e pad for him to lay on but he prefers to make a bed of leaves and such. I tie him to the tree or hook him to my hammock suspension. No problems in 3 years of hanging.
Leave me alone, I'm only talking to my dog today.

I may be outnumbered, but never outmanned.

Search "kiba" and a bunch of threads on this same topic will pop up.

My pup sleeps with me in the hammock, but she's 30lbs. Any larger and I would have them sleep on the ground on a pad or something similar.

Dog doesn't normally sleep with me, but he'll hang out for awhile.

Same as most of the folks above - Marlee sleeps close by. I have laid down insulation and ground cloths for him but he usually just plops down elsewhere. He is not leashed at night when I am solo and he moves around a bit, sort of "patrolling" from time to time. Occasionally he will come by and nuzzle my face which is fine except when he is wet from rain.
