Canadian source of tent poles?

Looking for a Canadian source of tent pole pieces, inserts, and ends, similar to American companies like Quest or Tentpole technologies. I want to do a Cloudburst pullout pole mod similar to that done by Halfastronomical, but...

Ain't none that I could find - no how, no way!

I'm going with old 5/8" tent pole parts donated from some Girl Guide leader friends who don't ever throw stuff out for the spreader bars for my bridge...

I haven't even figured out the pole mod for the tarp but it will probably be done the same way - freebies!

I had my finger on the button to order from Quest until I realized that my $17.95 order was going to cost me an extra $20.95 in shipping.

If you find a source or a cheaper way to bring stuff in from the US, let me know, I'll gladly share an order with you!!

Thanks for confirming that. I was going crazy getting to page 35 of a google search each time I changed a key word, and still nothing...

Tendertoe also has a cool no-sew mod for a Superfly that might work on the Cloudburst or similar sized tarps.

np i'm retired now after 25 years as a photograpgher mainly weddings and i hate retail did i say hate retail prices. so i have accounts with numerious companies for things i want. not interested in making money on it, If i can help let me know, Also checkout parklands clothing if you want military clothing and boots knives tactical gear.

In no way do i work or own these companies i just hate retail
