Lol! Don't order a knife from any custom knife maker, they take a year or more some times! I have a ten month turn around on ti knives right now.

The BIAS guys are great and will take care of you.

    What is it like now?

What is the waiting time now? Do you get an email when the order ships? Just curious; I ordered last week.
    Thanks!

I got notification that my bug net shipped just over a week after I ordered. Things are picking up it seems. I can't wait!

I didn't go off for the weekend (first time in probably 15 yrs.) so I stayed locked up in my room knocking out Buginators. Here lately, I've been concentrating on nets and Brian on hammocks. We had to try to streamline things and it let us keep an eye on what we have on hand without wondering if the other had some material. With the exception of a few, we are back up to two weeks. Hopefully by the end of the week we'll be closer. We do appreciate everyones patience.
    It'll be alright Friday!

You guys rock. My latest WW dbl was the bomb on my Trail Days hike. It is the go-to hammock now. The other 13 or so hammocks I own are starting to get jealous...

Do you guys send an email with an estimate of when you will be able to ship? Do you send one when the items ship?
    Thanks!!

They usually have a good feel for it when they receive the order, but any e-mail gets almost instant response. If you need a hard date, they will try to give it, and hold to it. If you need constant assurance, I think they pretty much do that too.

    Very well put!
I usually don't, just looking forward to it and thought I would get an email with an ETA. I guess The Priority mail made me think the hammocks were in stock.
I am fine though, I know it takes time to make things

Sorry, I haven't been on here much in the past few weeks. Our products are made as ordered. There are just too many variations and options to have any stock. What few we had time to make up in the past still had to have options put on later, so it wasn't as productive as thought. Most orders take up to a couple of weeks and lately we've been pretty busy trying to catch up from the (overwhelming) past two months of orders. Priority shipping is (most of the time) around the same price as first class and it has tracking.(which is why it's the standard option) Orders needed in a rush can be placed with Expedited shipping, but it is NOT cheap. I'm actually skipping work today and trying to get caught up on Buginators. I'll get with Brian and see where he's at on your order.
