Why have a single author. Have different authors for different sections.

That's kind of what I was thinking. With all the personalities come different preferences and set-ups. The "ultimate" guide would have no choice but to acknowledge that fact.

I am looking for an author simply to have someone to give this idea to...I don't think there is any way I could see this to fruition, so to have someone take this and run with it would be awesome! But, I agree, I would also rather see a contribution from many different sources, than one author's perspective on hammocking...

    So...any editors out there??

I might be able to contribute a chapter/section on hammocking with disabilities if that would be of interest.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.

hmmm just jeff is a good idea as a author but if i remember correctly, he away right?

Would not it be better to ask him first before we drop the bombshell on him? He might get the shock of his life if we suddendly tell him he have to write a book...

I also agree on the multiple authors Because different people might have different ideas. but we should not give them too much because they may be confuse after a while. Maybe we could put it in 2 sections 1: basic hammock camping 2: advance hammock camping
