PIF Sub Catagories

I would like to suggest PIF sub catagories.

Being that we have many members from europe, canada and others there should be some sub catagories for PIF's. reading the rules excludes members from other countries from participating. All i'm asking is have a europe catagory, a canada catagory, and elsewhere if there are enough members to support it.

The current one is very popular. I'd be in favor of sharing the love. I think it would be neat for our northern and across the pond neighbors to be able to participate by having one for their areas. :-)
