My youngest daughter's first underwater hike

My youngest daughter decided she wanted to snorkel with the family so i got her a mask, snorkel, and fins. She changed her mind at the moment of execution but a little while later decided that she wanted to conquer her fear of water. She did awesome and is now hooked on snorkeling...big time!

I hope the swimming videos aren't getting on anyone's nerves. i know this isn't really a forum for swimming...

Congrats on supporting your daughter in doing something new! Overcoming fears are always tough but it's great to hear she was able to do it.

Well done to your daughter. I especially liked the part where all the chromis were surrounding your daughter's hands. A very peaceful bit of video.

Too many more of these vids and you're gonna put guam on the map for a lot of people.

Thanks for sharing LugNut. I'm sure seeing the fish will definitely help get your daughter excited for more snorkeling.

It's great to give them the opportunity to explore nature. Many folks never realize that there is a whole other fascinating world below the surface. When I used to teach scuba diving, I always relished the wide-eyed look of everyone on their first dive.

Yea I wish I were there. Great video, you and your family are very lucky. Thanks for the video.
