Awesome! Enjoy the trip. I had an amazing experience when I hiked the Wonderland ten years ago. I hiked the northern loop trail last summer and had a blast on that trail as well. Was on the ground my first trip...and in the hammock on the last one. I look forward to hearing about your trip.

Good luck, Gary! Stormcrow hiked it September 2012, and it was amazing.

Gary, my hiking partner got a notice her card had been charged so we are taking that as a sign we got our permits...just waiting for confirmation from the NPS. Wahoo! We will be doing it later in September, so I expect a full report from you!

I'm headed out on the Wonderland in August. Hopefully the snow's melted by then.

    Check out this site: http://www.williswall.com

There's some good info, and the site's creator is very easy to communicate with.

Hi, i'm interested in your Wonderland Trail hike if there is room for one more. I'm coming from Southern Cali, new to hammock camping but have hung about 4 times. If ok please email [email protected] with info.

    Thanks
