Live in Denver metro
Been looking through posts about White Ranch and was up in the Buffalo Creek area scouting out some spots yesterday!

Hi Mattys, welcome to the forum. White Ranch is a great place to hang but you do need to reserve a camping spot. It's new rule they started last year.
The Colorado Trail is one of the best for hanging since it is mostly on National Forest land. Seg 6 is my favorite.

Thanks, appreciate the info.
Didn't know you had to reserve at White Ranch.
Used to live in Golden and hike up there.
Buffalo Creek looked good, used to camp up there a lot but it's been awhile.
Weekends can get busy but it's still early.
