    Because it is so light weight, might as well have the doors so they are available. They doors can also be deployed to extend the tarp sideways while still having adequate ventilation.

    Nothing but pluses to have doors. If you get one made of cuben it will be lighter than a silnylon with out doors but will cost you some bucks. I just started working with cuban and love it, it's so easy. DIY it!
