    Especially if you haven't sewn the light stuff before. After you settle on a size and cut out the hammock blank, practice on a stuff sack using the leftovers to get your tension and feed rate right before you sew something weight bearing.

    +1 -- Cut and practice on scraps... watch Ramblinrev's videos... make a couple stuff sacks, then get started...

    The hardest part is going to be you view on the project. Remember only you will notice the imperfections. It gonna suck for you now cause your going to start noticing the imperfections in other items you buy.
