52 yrs and from Minnesota. always have slept on the ground. watched Shug's videos and now I'm intrigued by the idea of a sling-sleeper.
love your forms, Ive found much useful information here for a newbie. just bought myself 10 feet of 1.9 ounce RN. anxious to hang this thing in the backyard and see if it's all true what you say.
if so, I'll have to do it up big ...get some quits and a tarp. I'm mainly a canoeist in the BWCA and Quetico. excited to see if this Sling-thing can lighten my load and improve my comfort. planning a 40 mile walk this October and it would be a blast to try this new rig on that trip.
