I've been combing the other threads looking for what I'm facing but no dice so I have to ask.
I just got my XLC a week ago and finally got the chance to hang it and give it a test run. I've never hung in a BB before and being 6'1" I got the XLC to hopefully avoid the calf ridge and get a flatter lay like people have mentioned. I don't get a calf ridge so much as a knee ridge, and a big one. I've tried hanging it as per the xlc vid, tried level, pretty much tried everything I can think of so now I turn to you all for the voice of experience.
Am I just laying in it wrong? I can't find a sweet spot anywhere. I followed the instructions to the word and then spent hours trying to nestle in comfortably. I slept in it last two nights but wake up every couple hours and have to reposition to try and alleviate the discomfort in my knee.
I'm bummed because Brandon made me this amazing looking, left hanging hammock and I can't get comfy in it. Any suggestions are extremely appreciated. Thanks.
