Deep breaths. It is quite disappointing and frustrating when you can't set up your new gear when if finally arrives because you lack something. The cottage industry doesn't mass produce--most make items by hand as they are ordered. Bespoke involves time and money. It's a good practice to ask if there is anything else you might need for your new set up or confirm what comes in the box. Enjoy your new hammock!
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!

I know where you are coming from .I missed it also but ended up spending more from REi for the biners than Brandon charges, which irked me.He also sent the wrong color line for the tarps(ordered two BB's and edge tarps). He did send an explanation ,but I still paid full price for the wrong color.I thought a discount was in order. Every time I trip over the lines I think about it.

Carabiners included with adjustable webbing suspension?

If you got the adjustable webbing why not just skip the biners? Take the webbing out the the cinch buckles and thread the webbing thru itself around the tree.. Cinch it back up and now you're saving a little more weight on the pack.
    (Just one more 2¢ suggestion)

Everything needed to hang is included with strap suspension, carabiners just makes setup quicker/easier. May be helpful info in official setup video.

Agreed, my WBBB is on the way (along with the 4 biners I ordered) and I'll be hanging for the first time this coming weekend. Assuming I like it I'll be getting my stakes and guy line from Brandon even though I'm sure I could find it cheaper on line somewhere.
