I read somewhere on this forum that the material used to protect large screen tvs is good for UQ insulation.
Anyone have experience with it, and what is the best way to use it for warmth?
Thanks

No experience with it, but from what I have read on the forum it is in theory similar to Insultex (IX) but doesn't have a "backing" (?) on it. One thing I contemplated playing with, but haven't yet...is the foam padding you can put down under a laminate floor. Again looks to be similar to IX, but for the hassle I opted to use Climashield Apex and I am currently in the middle of that project.
Do a search on the forum for IX or Insultex, and you may come across someone who has used the "TV wrap".
I have no experience with the stuff but here is the onlt thread I've read on it. The op made an uq:

Insultex is OK, but there is no miracle UQ material. You can cope with a basic foam UQ until a proper UQ is within your budget.
