I can’t take all the credit for that, when we were standing around the campfire Friday night someone (not sure who) said “Of course, the Canadians are on Site A (emphasized eh)”. My immediate thought was “Yep, that site sign is getting Ps’d as soon as I get home!”

You are most welcome! My wife’s response was priceless “You did what”, “Make another one”. The WR-II will have a TWIN shortly.

Thanks, Tim! You are the historian we needed to help us relive all the good times and show others what MAHHA means.

I had a great time at the MAHHA last weekend. It was my first time at this hang (or any other organized by HF members) and everything was perfect - weather, location, members were all super friendly, the event could not have been better organized, food was great, vendors and demos were informative and interesting... I am glad I got to put a face to many of the members here and had a chance to chat / hang out with many. I am already looking forward to the next!

Another great weekend of good friends, good laughs and great food. Thanks to everyone one worked so hard at putting this together. Cant wait till next year.
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

Now that I have returned to the real world, I find myself at the office water cooler discussing the events of the previous weekend with my coworkers.
They stare blankly at me when I tell them that I hiked 20 miles, camped out with 100 friends, and had a whole hog BBQ.
I am not sure if it is envy or ...maybe they think I might need to visit a mental health professional.

Thanks to the MAHHA planners and all participants!

    See you next year!

You didn't even get into the stuff like the latest DutchWare, the differences between a gathered end and a bridge hammock, or the fact that there is new tarp guy lines that can save you .015 grams per foot and won't tangle, eh!!
