Ordered a tablecloth

My ENO DN is showing some wear spots that I will patch but who knows how long or well it will hold up. So instead of getting another i ordered a 90x132 sage green tablecloth. I have some reading to be doing so I can have some idea how to whip the ends before it shows up. This is going to be a fun project.

Yeah they are very popular hammocks... They are a great first hammock because they are affordable and "modular"... Meaning all the parts cam be swapped out easily, from webbing suspension to whoopies to UCRs fairly quickly... And they are plenty strong for most people and a kid or two, or a pet and a kid or two... I have had 250 lbs in mine swinging like a swing set one time... Also a lot of people like the color options more palatable than the usual hammock vendor colors...

Another fan here and one of the few who loves the 90 wide. I found that I did have to whip my ends differently than the 60, but it's been my comfy hammock of choice for over a year now. It's certainly not light weight or ideal for the heavy duty hikers. I also did a finished length of 11' from whipping to whipping instead of leaving it the 13' and I probably would have been just fine with a 10' length when considering the width. ....and no, I am not a short female.

@ Diva, what method of whipping did you do?

I plan on doing the Knotty mod to it. I toss and turn when I sleep that's why I went with the 90 I'm hoping the extra fabric will keep my sleeping bag and pad in the hammock.

The description is here in the forums some where, I'll have look for it. I didn't do the knotty mod, as I don't find the sides to be bothersome, I also didn't want my sides too high, and with a little re-situating when it's cold, I can then use those sides to my complete advantage. Otherwise I use the side that my head is on, and fold it in and it makes a nice ledge for my neck and head. I can attest that being a night time flip flopper that it's very easy in this width, and finding your sweet spot is amazingly fast. You can literally lay any dang way you want! Awesome! By the way, your stuff will never fall out.

Sweet. The TC hammocks are great. You just can't beat them for the price. Plus....You get to say "I made it"!
