    low cost tarp

I am working on a next-to-nothing budget and was wondering what would be a light weight and low cost rectangle tarp. I am planning to purchase a skeeter beater pro hammock as a starter, and need a starter tarp as well. Nothing fancy, and used in good condition is fine. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Light weight and low cost is the tricky part. One of the cheaper well made tarps around is a 10x10 at bushcraft outfitters for $60. 10x7 even cheaper.

For someone on a budget I would recommend a Guide Gear tarp.

I was lucky and managed to get my chinook for only $30. Unfortunately I haven't seen it on that price again, and it's not exactly "lightweight" either at almost 2 lbs. We do what we have to do get into the sport and get addicted to save up for the next lighter item.
