Does a Tadpole need seam sealing?

I just received my Tadpole tarp. Do I need to seam seal the ridge line? Or does that normally not leak, like the Superfly seams?

Edit: never mind, just got a response from WL: No, not necessary, only for extra peace of mind.

I seam sealed the side pullouts that I had added to mine.
