    Smile Germany | Eifel | Lieserpath | 2013 May | 3-day hike

For 3 days my son and I hiked the Lieserpath. And enjoyed our hammock at night. The Lieser is a small river in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, a left tributary of the Moselle. This video is dedicated to the youngest of us both.

    What a sweet video.
It really captures a great day spent with your son.
Years from now, you will both look back on times like this with fondness.
    Thanks for taking us along.

Take every opportunity to take every trip you can, for tomorrow he will be grown and too busy to do these things. Great memory maker.

Wow small world. The Lieser runs right past my house. It's a beautiful area. Also, great video.

Well done! That was a great spot where you had the fire by the river, very nice. Thanks for sharing.

    @ swampfox Wise words . . thanks.
@ SilvrSurfr We have been hiking Eifel for the first time now. There are a lot of well marked trails to go. Indeed beautiful.
    @ old4hats Good advice!
@ Sir Afro Indeed a small world. You are a lucky guy with such an area in your backyard
@ Redoleary Yes, the riverspot took us downhill, but it has been worthwhile!

Nice video really liked the scenery. Awesome looking trail with tunnels and rope. Liked the hammock perched on hill over looking river. Looks like son was enjoying the experience.
