How long will a ducttape SPE hold?

I donīt want to sew a SPE-sleeve, so I need an other solution to get the eva foam pads together.

Do you have any long time experience with the duct taped wings?

I taped some wings on using gorilla tape which is a bit thicker then duct tape. Pad started to rip before the tape. Probably at least 30 nights.

Yep, spring for the gorilla tape. Cheap "duck" tape is a waste of money.
