Sheath / Holster for Mora Knife

Hey guys, I just bought a Mora Classic 2 yesterday. I think that's what it's called anyway. It seems like a pretty good knife for the money I spent but the plastic holster it came with is a cheapo. Does anybody make a good kydex holster for these knives. I would be interested in getting a necklace style holster for it. I think I would prefer some kind of kydex that would hold the knife locked in and I can't find one just a plain leather holster would do. Thanks,
    Andrew

'Jason in tn' is a user here who makes them. His work looks good. He told me it's an off season thing though so I don't know if he's still making them or not. Try sending him a PM.

Yeah, He's pretty busy right now fly fish guiding every day through the summer. But he may be able to squeeze one in for you. He does excellent work and is very affordable.

Dang, I feel sorry for him. That sounds like a tough summer lol. Thanks, I'll send him a p.m. I also found some on this site that looks pretty nice. http://www.grizzly-outdoors.com/shop...2-kydex-sheath

Oh, I didn't see the guiding part. I thought you said he was just fly fishing lol. No disrespect to guiding. I imagine that could be a lot of fun and a lot of headache.

He made one for my Mora Black Carbon, and I am very pleased with it.
We are now ready to start our way down the Great Unknown. We are three quarters of a mile in the depth of the earth. We have an unknown distance yet to run, an unknow river yet to explore. What falls there are, we know not; what rocks beset the channel, we know not; what walls rise over the river, we know not. Ah, well! We may conjecture many things. The men talk as cheerfully as ever; jests are bandied about freely this morning; but to me the cheer is somber and the jests are ghastly. Powell 1869

I, too, recommend Jason. He made a neck knife sheath for my Mora. Hope he has time to make you one.
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!

Well, it looks like I'll try to send Jason a message. I rather support somebody on the forum if the prices are similar.

JRE makes a leather one that is sold at bensbackwoods.

    Here's the link:

    http://www.bensbackwoods.com/mora-sheaths-by-jre/

If that is what would work for you, I ordered one and decided to use another knife. $ 22 shipped. It holds the large firesteel. ( reg. 24.95)
