Dutch sells some as does Paul at Arrowhead Equipment ... can't go wrong with either option!

I had that problem with that same suspension on my new Traveler. I frankenstrapped a solution with some very long Strapworks straps I had with me. And I've hung on larger trees (oaks) too.
In my case, the bit I added was 3' long, so the total I needed this weekend was 9 feet.

I'm dithering between Arrowhead strap extenders or longer straps from WB.

    dither, dither, dither

    Maybe 3 extenders of 3', 4', 5' ?

Just beware that some of the the Strapworks straps ( I own a couple of sets ) tend to be a bit on the slippery side for some reason and you have to use a half hitch to keep the strap from sliding thru the buckles when under load.

I just ordered a 300 ft roll of 1" wide poly camo strap for making my own. Got it from Shippers Supplies. ran about $50 with shipping. Could have gotten black for a few $$ less but I like the camo

    +1

My straps for the wbbb are a little thicker maybe and less slippery than my dutch camo straps. Matters only because I'm using rings. Always using a slippery half hitch for safety, cinch, rings, slippery or not, safety first.

The polyester straps from strapworks are a bit thicker than most but this is because they are a lot stronger. +3800 breaking strength. The thicker straps cause some slipping with ring buckles but a simple half-hitch solves this.

Thanks guys for the input. Ya I think an extra 3ft would be perfect. And I'll probably get them from Brandon cause man this hammock is quality, I'll give him my coin.

+1 on going to Brandon or Dutchware if you want them sewn and ready to go.

If you want SUPER cheap straps and are willing to sew your own, the best price I've found is here. I've bought a number of rolls from them and an happy with the quality.

Since "elevating my perspective" (all of my hangs have been in the great NW). I have found 6' whoopies with 8' tree straps to be the most functional. Definitely go with the 1" width. Works for me...

I use the yellow straps and they work just fine.
