    Just made 2 quick and cheap hammocks for my kids

    7 metres of ripstop nylon from ebay, about 8 pounds sterling delivered.

    A bit of folding, a couple of knots and sone paracord and you get this.



    I was so happy with the result that ive made for my boy as well.

    I started out on something like that. I think it was a really heavy duty tablecloth and I used solid wire to tie the ends and secure it to trees. Worked well in my pre-teens. I think it eventually molded and degraded. Never forgot about that...15 years later I got me a real one!
