    It's a multi-use item. It can be used simply as a rain poncho, or rigged as a tarp endcap, or as a rain shield below an underquilt, or as an overcover in cold weather to trap more heat.

    I bought two in carbon. I love the color it is very neutral. I have not set it up, but I have been playing with it.

    The fabric is pretty light weight, but it still seems relatively resilient. The stuff pocket is very tight, and it ripped the fourth time I stuffed it back in. In all fairness, the info that was shipped with poncho warns of this. Another multi-use item from the Jacks!
