Summer use of winter Lynx

I have not tried my 0 degree Lynx in hot weather yet but I really don't
think it will be to hot to use. I cant afford a separate summer Lynx and don't
want to try venting.

I am going to try putting the Lynx into the pad pocket. This will compress
it from 3 inches to an inch or inch and a half but will not compress
it as much as if you were lying on it. I know if I were to compress it in half in the winter
it would not be as warm so it should be less warm in the summer also.

Does this seem reasonable or am I missing something?

I have a 0 degree incubator I've comfortably used to -10C and +15C (about 10 to 60 F). I have never felt the need for a summer bag to be honest and have slept most of the month with mine in perfect comfort

That is good info. I am looking at getting an underquilt but was thinking of just one. What if you got a 30deg and add something for warmth. How do you like the 1.7 dl?
