I can make it there Saturday morning. This is a drive in camp site?? Or does one need to hike to get there??
"Drive -n- dump". These are forest roads - I've done the trip in my Prius with no problems.
I'll be the straight man in the comedy team here:
Dogs are allowed at this site. I expect your dog to be well-behaved and good around other dogs and strangers. Children are fine.

I'd come down, except we've got our troop's family camp at the Burney/McArthur Falls heritage days event booked for that weekend too...
Hi folks,
If you have room for me and my dog, I'd love to hang out with you all!

We have room for everyone!
Boggs is a forest with no undergrowth and lots of pine trees.
Bring long tree straps.
Bring water, there is no water at Ridge campground.

Liz: I wish I could make it. I'd love to meet up with other hangers in my area. But if everything works out I'll be on the Tahoe Rim Trail that weekend.
Have a great time and keep me in mind for the next one.
Greg
Sorry Liz, I just checked my old email (I'll email you my new one) so I just got the invite for this trip. Unfortunately life is very busy for me right now with school and work and married life so I wont be able to make it. I have a Landscape Photography class that weekend and am probably shooting the prelim photos for my first wedding (a friend of mine). The rest of the month, and fall season for that matter, is pretty booked up until December. But I really do appreciate you still remembering me and please continue to invite me, and in the future I may even respond quickly!!! haha.
The weekend before I will get to hang at Mono Lake and the ghost town of Bodie as I am taking an extended weekend trip and doing a Travel Photography workshop with 18 other students. Great Fun!
Those who expect disappointment are never disappointed.
