What am I doing wrong? Placed an order Tuesday, inquired about lead time yesterday, and no response at all. Not necessarily in a hurry for the order, just curious when it might ship.

I think they have been running behind, I placed an order Sunday and it didn't ship till Wednesday and will hopefully arrive tomorrow based on tracking.

Dutchware is definitely worth the wait, well for me it is as this order is for the wife and kids hammocks setup.

We got behind last week but are almost caught up. Keith had an unexpected health problem and wound up being admitted in the hospital for five days. I was hiking so when I got back and Keith got released, we slowly got caught up. To complete the perfect storm we had a record amount of orders and the lash it, amsteel, and webbing I ordered didn't ship in time.

We try to ship either same or next day but it has been hard to keep up. We are all caught up though and only waiting for lash it to fill back orders plus what came in today. I also am doing things to speed up our order time like some.

Well tell him to take some down time, I don't think anyone would care to wait for these kinds of reasons. Being well is much more important than the other choices.
