Yeah, 2ply, I slept in a bit both days. I was definitely lolligagging this past weekend. But isn't that what hammock camping is for?? Suzy slept with my husband, so she wasn't out and about until he was.

Only my second out hanging. Had a great time and met many great folks. Enjoyed talking, visiting, and showing off my hammock.
I look forward to the next time but I will have to recover from the hike. (Yes, I am a wimp!)
It was great meeting you Georgia Girl, and you made a beautiful work of art. I love that black and red hammock.

If you guys were camping at the campground where there is a steep down hill to the river that is our take-out for the first day when we paddle the Chatooga. We tie our boats up at the bottom to trees and hike up to camp. Then put back on the next day and paddle section 3. The slanted rock that's in the move Deliverance is in that section and so are the narrows where you see Burt handle that canoe through the big rapids. At the end we run Bull Sluice sometimes, unless it's low water, then the rapid is called Decapitation Rock!
