Called a couple of times, no answer and went to voicemail.
I placed an order June 7th, and Mike responded to a question on June 9th. Since then I have heard nothing, I emailed him on July 14th. I've got a hang in Canada coming up, I hope he's alright and these orders stay shipping.
I was about to post with the same issue. Felt bad publicly complaining but my PayPal order went through on May 22. Did get one response about him moving but absolutely nothing in the last two weeks despite repeated attempts.
I too have a couple of trips coming up. New hammock, new tarp. No UQ! I really liked the dimensions and weight of his UQ and he seems to have a good reputation. Likewise, hope he's alright but I feel now is the time to contact PayPal, revoke the order and go to another vendor.
Does anyone know anymore?
I love my tewa. I did not have any issues with te WA at all. If he is indeed moving, I personally would give him the benefit of the doubt and wait. But that is because I already had a delightful experience with them. He answered my emails relatively fast, and the product I received is of excellent quality.

I heard from him tonight! He said he thought my quilt had shipped and he is looking into it. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Likewise, heard from him last night after sending to his Facebook. Apparently lost track of the order. Moving can do that to you. Looks like 4 of us here are expecting orders and I'm sure all of us have been waiting. Hope he can meet these orders in good time and the usual quality. Stay tuned.
I'm guessing not, but has anybody received any further communication from Mike regarding missing orders?

If you are under 45 days with Paypal get your complaint in NOW. Apparently that don't help after 45 days.
I will be doing a few things and hope that others will follow suit. I am contacting PayPal again to indicate that I am not the only one stuck, see if we can get some action from them.
Also, I am dropping Mike one last email, an appeal to do the right thing. I guess I am asking those of you who are owed product or a refund to do the same. Strength in numbers? Reach him at:
