Making a Sleeping Bag, as Opposed to Converting One

My underquilt project needs shoulders/feet that wrap over the user, much like a sleeping bag. I'd like to crib off the design that I'm sure someone has uploaded here, but the only search results I get are for chopping sleeping bags into UQs/TQs

Does anyone know of a good template for a sleeping bag or mummy bag for me to steal dimensions/ideas off of?

I thought about converting a bag for my project, but it seems like a less efficient way to end up with exactly what I want (which is the goal of all my DIY projects ).

Has no one here made a mummy bag or bivvy sack before? Does anyone at least know of a good place I should look for patterns?

I got in a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh, yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."

So you're talking about a Peapod or something similar? Are you talking about a bag that wraps around the entire hammock (and occupant)? I'm just trying to envision how your project goes from underquilt to having "feet/shoulders" without the hammock body kind of getting in the way.

The hammock has large openings at the shoulders so my arms rest in.sleeves outside the main hammock body. The feet hang in independent foot boxes far enough below the suspension cables that there is room above them for a quilt to wrap over the top.

I've got a separate thread on the build "UCH 2.0"
