Good point, on mine it was getting caught up in the dogs (is that the correct term?) when I tried the climashield on the lower layer. I cheated a bit, I had my 8 year old hold a metal straight edge next to the foot to compress it and that worked pretty well.

Sounds good, I saw in one post where they used newspaper around the edge to help stop the foot getting caught up.

How was the old adjustable layer CS Yeti made?

My understanding is it had one layer sewed in and two other layers of Climashield that could be inserted so you could end up with 1 to 3 layers depending on time of year.

Does anyone have a picture or details on the old adjustable layer CS Yeti ?

What sets a canoeing expedition apart is that it purifies you more rapidly and inescapably than any other travel. Travel a thousand miles by train and you are a brute; pedal five hundred on a bicycle and you remain basically a bourgeois; paddle a hundred in a canoe and you are already a child of nature.

I don't, but it might be worth a PM to BillyBob58; he's mentioned having one a couple of times.

As to the "Climashield on top or bottom?" question, I went with the same way as chickenwing. It worked out just fine with the Climashield on the bottom.

    Hope it helps!
