    I find the buckles are a nice start, but my fingers have the darndest time operating them. I find the Dutch buckles to be much easier. I use them for my Ridgerunner or other hammocks when I want my suspension as short as possible.

    Otherwise, I like a Dutch Hook/Dutch Clip setup. It allows me to keep my suspension separate from the hammock, keeping the hammock drier and cleaner.

    Hey that is a nice idea... It can't weigh much more than the toggle/whoopie suspension

    I've had Mrs GS and me in our 1.7dl. Abt 340# and no slippage at all with WB buckles.
