just did the same tonight myself... and a skeeterbeeter pro and whoopie slings,adj ridgeline and tarp line from whoopieslings.com.... (it's a new addiction... i can't stop...)
That was my first tarp too. It's huge but you get great coverage and can pull the ends in to make sort of doors. It's very versatile.

Got one here too. It was my first tarp as well, still is actually. Going to try it over two hammocks this year. Great tarp for the money, a touch heavy though.
Bad thing is I ordered it today (Friday) and free two day shipping which means I have to wait longer! Dang weekend! Haha
Just got my Noah 12.
One thing I noticed, it's a darker color. The one advertised and what I have seen, have always been gray. I think this darker color is a little bit stealthier but who can't miss a giant tarp like this!

Kelty must have changed their colors. The tarp color and edge binding color is different than my old Kelty. Nice tarps. I had a Noah 9 and a Noah 12 for awhile.

I've had a Noah 12 for a while. Has done very well for me and I'm happy withe the coverage and ability to close the ends in to cut wind.
At roughly 2lbs, it's a little heavy. But I've lightened up in other areas and will take the weight penalty here for the ability to have a large dry/covered area.
