Hey Cavediver....
That is my Fosters Beer Can Pot and Gnome alcohol stove from minibulldesign.com

They work brilliantly and the Gnome is one of the simpler stoves Tinny makes.

great video as usual. I really like the "attached pillow" idea, I'm going to work on one of those. By the way Stephens chocolate mint is one of my favorites.

Thank you so much once again, Shug. I really enjoy the videos and how you show your gear so well!
I also love the attached pillow idea! Mine usually ends up on the ground!
I WANT A BB HAMMOCK !! waaa!!
Thanks again!

Shug you mentioned in your video that the foot area had more moisture that the rest of your bag. I have a theory on why the BB can have a large moisture build up in the foot area. I think the foot box section creates a little air pocket which in turn traps and water vapor.
If you have a vapor barrier under the hammock I think it compounds the problem. Then the water vapor has no where to go but up and add a top cover to the mix and you get more condensation in the foot area. I experience much the same thing on my second night at Mt Rogers using a top cover and a pad.

I am confused. Perhaps it's just an optical illusion caused by the video camera used or something. Or maybe the Mn land cold makes things shrink. The local Fosters cans look a lot taller and seem about the same size as the ones available on Aussie submarines back in the seventies. Had one come into the sub base in Guam years ago with a sick diesel engine. Our machinist mates went aboard to lend a hand. Wasn't long till word came back that Fosters was the beverage available to anyone helping out. Being an ET/RO type I knew little about fixing a diesel engine but found it necessary to find a way to witness whether this rumor was true. It was. Big cans too. Took two hands to hold one.
Great video info Shug. Thanks . Look forward to your further experiments to find the balance between the vapor barrier placement and the amount of insulation to keep warm yet minimize the condensation.
Don't think I'll ever want to sleep out side in that low of a temperature but what works well there ought to be useful for a set up during a bit less cold nights.
