Great vids as always! Really felt like I was there, sharing the moment. No prob watching the first one in HD.

Looking forward to the time-lapse, especially your mention of "timelapse with Popcorn Sutton" ... I knew about him and some cohorts!

And Shug: Congrats on the "awesome" Felt pretty good didn't it?!? It's one of my mostest favoritist words.

It looks like a very busy place to hike in. With 300 million people in the U.S. it’s amazing more people don’t get out and hike them there trails. Good horseys! Your hammock set up looks sweeeeeat! Good moo cows! Nice looking snake, fairly fast moving too! Great report, thanks MedicineMan!

Yes that was partially it. I know when I had an Izula the edges were almost rounded and I thought it was because of the coating, so I removed the coating on the spine only to find out the edges were indeed rounded.

I like the option to use my firesteel to light my fire's, or stoves and there were a couple times I tried to catch the sparks on camera at night (picture) but my timing was off and I got tired of trying (I was bored and thought it would look cool). My reasoning for liking the spine of my knife to be my scraper is once while out on a trip I broke the scraper that came with my striker (the LMF one) and when it broke the piece went flying and I couldn't find it and the part that was left was so small I had a very hard time using it, since then I figured since I take a fixed blade knife with me why not have it pull double duty (multi-use), that is one or the reasons I like Bark River, although I don't like the price.

I really like the compass deal, wonder if I have the tools here at home to attempt this?????
