Question for a mod: An honest man is asking if I can wait to get paid. If he posted an 'I'll take it.'; how long should I honor it? He has to get an "ITI" on the thread to be in the running, what are the rules after that?

"I'll Take It" is a claim that establishes priority, but it also means a present intent to do so. As the seller, it's up to you to say if you're willing to give the claimant time, and if so how much. But if there's a backup claim or a list, you have no obligation to wait more than about 24 hours before moving on to the next claimant.
