I like this setup, how do you keep them from sneaking in though the gaps?
Is it because the bugs are not bad there and it works where you are?
Or do you have some way to close the gaps?

At the top where the ridge line (suspension side) is the netting is tight around the hammock. There is a small hole for the ridge line to exit and extra material that lays on top of my sleeping bag. No bugs have gotten thew yet.

Yeah I've got one and would say it's decent but don't know that I'd get another one.

The Good:

• Easy to get in and out of
• Nice to be totally enclosed - nice to be able to drop a jacket down below for later and keeps the TQ/pillow from escaping.
• Roomy
• Breaths well
• Probably about the only hammock bug net you can just go buy in a store.

The So-So:

• As others have said it isn't the lightest.
• Silly ridgeline - in my opinion it simply isn't made for actually camping. It is too short to actually go around any trees that are big enough/far enough apart for you to hang a hammock from. So I usually end up having to use extra cord, try to tie it onto my suspension or just let it hand over my hammock's structural ridgeline. If you're going to use a stand you're fine.
• Length - it is just barely long enough to fit my DIY hammock's length - I suspect it is (gee surprise) sized for shorter ENO hammocks. But since you want to use it with an ENO I suppose this wouldn't be an issue.
• Because it is so roomy it tends to hang a bit low, there's enough under the hammock that it'll sometimes touch the ground.

Thanks. Only $15 to make, very light and compact. I used it several times on the Appalachian Trail last summer and fall with no bugs getting through. Me using a bench top thread injector. Priceless.

I agree that the weight is a problem, but I removed the bag and took 2 of the ridge line holders off (don't use the ones at each end). 1.1 oz saving. Also I keep my single nest and bug net together all the time. I have a z30 pack and fits perfect in the helmet bag. It takes about 1 minute to set it up. It's also very strong, I use the bottom part to hold under quilt because the end of the bug net will seal the under quilt. I also can sit in it, I guess it works for me.

I just spent four days and three nights on a buggy Adirondack lake and the Eno double nest and guardian worked flawlessly. We were canoe camping so weight isn't as critical but all of it is much less than my back packing tent. Replace the ridge line with zing it or paracord, what they give you isn't very good, but that's the only issue so far.
