mod 4 question

Hey 2QZQ,

I was going to pm you this question, but thought others might be interested as well. I was looking on your website, and the mod 4 to a zipper Hennessy includes triple zippers to each side of the net... so how do you add the triple zippers to the side that already has the factory-installed zipper?

In the process of installing the zipper on the left side...the top end of the right side is exposed, and I add the 3rd pull the same way I add the 3 to the other side!

A little more to it than wiggling my nose!!

Thanks for the quick reply. I've got a HH, and I believe the previous owner installed his own zipper mod similar to your Mod#2... don't think it is your handy-work. I was considering shipping it to you for the Mod#4 conversion but was wondering if you'd have to rip out all of the zippers that were already there. I guess it might depend on whether you can fit some extra zipper sliders onto the side where the full-length zipper is already installed. Anyway, I'm in the "mulling-it-over" phase right now. Thanks for the info!

I have converted several Mod #2's to 4's. I would have to take the short zipper off, but probably not the full length zipper. If you want to send some pics...send a PM and I will give you an e-mail address to send them. I will know right away if it is my "handy-work". Text pics would work also...if clear enough.

Well this was quite the delay, but here are the pics I said I would provide. I would be interested in the price for changing this into a mod 4. And if that isn't the route I choose to go, I am also wondering how hard it is to change the full-zipped side to a three zipper pull setup.

Donna here....that does look like my work...but quite a few years ago. I do two things a tiny bit different now...that is why I know it was toward the beginning of our business.
