I want to marry the Yeti with my DIY 1/2 UQ on the footbox and have a modular two quilt system. Add or remove what you need depending in temp and such.........

I'd just be very happy with some good close-up photos. I can't seem to make out the suspension system in the photos posted so far... can you maybe cover that up close in your video? That'd be great.

Congrats on the new UQ. How are you sneaking them past your wife? You must be very creative indeed.

    3 season Yeti pics

Here are a few pics of my 3-season Yeti to tide you over until Shug gets his new video out. The first picture is the full quilt suspended from a couple of doors in my apartment. The second picture is the head end and the third picture the foot end. The shock cord suspension is a continuous loop of shock cord running along both sides of the quilt. If I have it correct what you do is pull the head end up over the whipping at the head end and then the foot end over whipping at the foot box end.

Right on except the cord goes over the whipping on both ends, not just the head-end. The cord does need to go over the footbox, but it is still attached at the whipping.

Sorry if I misunderstood what you were saying.

    Yeti Spead!

Man ... I am "thumbs uppin" all over the place!
    The Yeti and me....
    Yeti!!.jpg
I am excited to use it along with my 1/2 uq to make a full winter outfit.

The 1/2 DIY UQ covers the footbox and the Yeti takes care of the rest.

I loosened the end of this and eliminated almost all that gap. It is right under my knees but I always have a rolled up shirt or some clothes in a bag under my knees for max comfort.

I really like the draft tubes added at head and feet on the Yeti.....
Sweet Brandon and I am going to test it in some cold soon.........

I'm definitely wanting to try one of the three-season yeti's when Brandon makes some more.

Between the soon-to-be-released 3-season version of the mt washington, and the soon-to-be-available-again 3-season yeti, I've got a tough decision ahead of me.....
