Just to add on to what others have said, its good you asked about ENO. The tarps have next to none coverage in heavy storms. All guylines must be replaced very quickly due to the crappy line used. Lets just say ENO's traps have a long way before they could possibly match up to others of similar price.

I try to get edumacated before I spend money. Sometimes that doesnt happen and sometimes it does.

I don't think they sell a Weight Weenie of Weight Weenie Micro with polyester fabric - you must be talking about the Hiker Lite. Poly has less stretch than nylon, and usually weighs more.

Right that's what I was talking about. What is the down side to poly besides weight and the width is less too i saw that the WW. I'm 5' 9" and average size about 200lbs.

I hadn't noticed that the Hiker Lite was poly and is only offered in one width till you mentioned it. I am sure the 55" width is probably comfy; but I've gotten used to my WWM in 60" width. I do notice the stretch more in the WWM than my WWM double layer, but it doesn't bother me.

As for poly vs. ripstop nylon, some people hate stretch and others like a bit. I'm 5'11", 165 lbs., and I really don't notice stretch. If I weighed more, it might be a concern. You may not know until you try both which you prefer.

Also if you get a double layer it will hold more weight and allow you to put off an UQ for a bit as you can use a pad or other insulation with less slipping. Also if you and GF will both be sitting in the hammock, I'd prefer the double layer for the extra strength.

Thanks guys I believe im going to go with the WW and splurge a bit. Weight isnt a big deal to me now but could be later. And it will be double layer. Ill post another thread after I get it. Thanks for all the help guys great community here
