The stitching on the stuff sack looks similar but the material looks much more shiny in the last two pictures. How has your hammock been holding up?

I'm confused because I bought it at REI and it does have the ENO logo on the compression strap and on the carabiniers.

    ENO Durability?

My 10 yr old ENO has a 3" ENO label sewn on both sides of the bag and a DoubleNest label on the end of one of the straps. It is still in fine shape with no apparent damage. The hole I see in your bag looks like an abrasion hole, not a clean cut or poke. Parts of the fabric is missing, like a worn hole on the knees of a pair of kids jeans.

    ENO Durability?

Looking at the ENO web site you will notice they are very big on getting their logo on everything and prominantly at that. One should have no doubt whether their product is an ENO product or not.

hmmm if it does, i wish i had a camera, and i would take pix of mine... to me the outer bag does not resemble the eno attached bag. why don't you take it out of the bag and take a picture...

The shiny is from my phones flash. Of the four we own only one shows wear on the hammock( I'm thinking its from the inflation valve on my pad). The other three have no issues at all.

Maybe the newer models aren't made the same way? I didn't even know they had changed anything (talking about the new plastic carabiners and such), but mine has held up for countless nights out and countless trips to the local park just to nap and it isn't showing any kind of wear yet (except for a couple stains on the stuff-sac)
I may be dumb, but at least I'm ugly!

I've done so much, with so little, for so long, now I can do anything with nothing.

It's not peer pressure, it's just your turn.
