We used to joke about that when scuba diving. Ya don't have to out swim a shark just your buddy. What's another word for friend?, chum. Another reason to carry a knife when diving. I will have to save some fireworks...the marques should be turned off by then.

This looks like it could be a lot of fun. Gotta see if I can get the time off. I'm a newb (my HH is being delivered this week). Is there an official registration site for this? Do we just show up?

Yeah, I think the site has been reserved. I just wasn't sure what I need to do as a potential participant.
Just show up. Relax and have fun. This is a great bunch of people. We're all friends you haven't met yet.
Sounds like a great way to spend a weekend. And I'm sure it's a great bunch of people. So far this whole forum has been great. I'm definitely looking to meet some folks, learn and just hang out.
The OP mentioned some checklist for planning. Has that been made available yet, to anyone's knowledge?
