    Father & Son Backpacking trip

My son and I went on a great backpacking trip last weekend. This was his second time in his hammock and my first. He has a HH explorer deluxe and I have a blackbird dl 1.7. We hiked the Waterloo-Pickney trail 15 miles and had a blast. If anyone wonders how comfortable hammocks are......well lets just say we didn't get up until 10am on Sunday.

Looks like you two had a great time. Nothing better than sharing the experience with a son or daughter.

That is the best kind of trip. Take the kids out and let them pick the route. It is always a good trip.
