Difference between ShockCord and Elastic DrawCord?

What is the difference between these two types of cord? They are listed differently on several of the DIY supplier sites.

I haven't seen a site that lists both those names. Sounds like the same thing to me, just different names. Of course there's different kinds of shock cord...
