    Eno DoubleNest Size Difference

I recently exchanged a Orange/Grey Eno DoubleNest for a Khaki/Black Eno DoubleNest both from REI. My Orange/Grey hammock was longer and wider than the Khaki/Black hammock, but it had a thinner and softer fabric than the other. The stuff sack on the Orange hammock was rectangular in shape while the Black hammock has a stuff sack shaped more like a trapezoid. Which hammock is the defect and has anyone else has this issue.

EDIT: I just measured it and it seems to be 10 inches shorter than there advertised length and about 5-8 inches shorter than the advertised width.

I've heard eno has change dead the dimensions on all there new hammocks.
Life looks better from a BIAS hammock.

I checked on REI's website for the dimensions because that's where I got the hammock and it is noticeably smaller than the dimensions given for the DoubleNest.

yes it almost sounds like you exchanged a DN and received a SN. Check it out anyways.

Its too short length wise and too wide width wise to be a single nest. I assure everyone that this is defineitly labeled as a double nest.

    Eno DoubleNest Size Difference

What were the measurements you came up with?
Just curious because I recently got a tan/black DN myself - length is 110" which is about 2" shorter than the 9'4" spec on the ENO website.
The REI specs don't match the ENO website specs. ENO says it should be 112"x74".

The length of my hammock is about 108" which is 4" smaller than the ENO specs and that is including the carabiners .

Yeah, something's not right. My measurement was just the fabric part... Hmmm.

EDIT: just double checked and the fabric part is actually 111" on mine when pulled tight.

I would take it back and try another one - see if you can open it up and measure it in the store!
